I spent two years going back and forth with MQ about it, and while the editor improved, I still consider it unusable, primarily since it will corrupt some of my banks for reasons that I cannot discern. When I was sucked into buying MQ by a negligent review (in retrospect) in Electronic Musician, the WS editor was useless.

I did not like mine, sold it, then always missed it, now for some reason I have a wavestation EX and a Wavestation A/D Not too bad to program. Load sounds back into bank 1 then copy to other banks. move joystick around listen to how a single OSC evolves based on your wave programming or combined with the other oscs. assign each osc to a vector "joystick position etc." hold down keys. then pick waveforms per osc and how long you want each waveform to last.
